Endai’s proprietary marketing technology is how clients around the world acquire, convert and improve the value of their customer. Our approach and execution is not an academic concept to discuss and pontificate about theoretical outcomes. It is the actionable implementation of tested online marketing principles executed for the sole purpose of producing an expected result.
We have tested and applied these principles for over 10 years with global brands, niche direct marketers and every type of company in between. While we have evolved over the last decade, the simple principles remain the same- use search marketing to efficiently produce traffic, use analytics to increase conversion rates and use email to increase the lifetime value of a customer.
Endai has a number of clients in various stages of the execution of our marketing technologies and is currently looking for a strong client services coordinator with experience in search, analytics and email marketing to work directly with clients in the delivery of these marketing Strategy and the coordination of the daily execution of the underlying tactics- search, analytics and email.
The Client Services Coordinator would be responsible for:
1. Work with the Endai Senior Marketing Team and staff to ensure high quality work on all deliverables.
a. A passion for high quality, high value work is a must. If you are fine with mediocre deliverables, conversation or commitments, you are not the right person for Endai. If you are accepting of mediocre deliverables, conversations or commitments from other team members, you are not the right person for Endai.
2. The tactical execution of the Strategy:
a. Coordination and set up of Google Adwords campaigns
b. Coordination of, participation in and comprehension of marketing experiments and website optimization.
c. Comprehensive understanding of Endai’s Enterprise Class Email Software- MarketTraq Email.
3. Client Communication
a. Once trained, this position will be responsible for the day to day communication with the client. This communication will include managing client expectations, clearly articulating timeliness, constructively handling roadblocks and intelligently sharing victories.
Position Details
Endai Worldwide’s long term vision for this position is a full time, Client Services Leader who will be responsible for the quality and growth of client relationships. In order to find the right person for this highly compensated position, we will be hiring the above described coordinator and will train and educate this person on Endai’s Marketing philosophies, methodologies and implementation. Endai is a unique environment that leverages marketing and technology to deliver tangible, meaningful and profitable results for our clients. Compensation: The position will be filled on a contractor basis for 90 days at 25 hours per week. These 25 hours will be 3 days per week “in office” hours so that the education and training process can happen as quickly as possible. The hourly pay will be between $20-$30/hour based on the value that the applicant adds to the client accounts.
